We are delighted to invite you to our Onboarding and Welcome Session, the first step in your journey toward the AI Negotiation Challenge hosted by the Geneva Graduate Institute on 23–24 May 2025. This interactive session is your entry point to the Challenge: a space where you’ll meet fellow participants, get familiar with the AI Negotiation Network platform, and begin exploring how to design your own AI Assistant to support negotiation planning and strategy. Led by experienced peers and community members, the session will: Walk you through the step-by-step process to craft your AI assistant. Guide you in accessing key platform features, tutorials, and upcoming coaching activities. Offer an engaging environment to connect, ask questions, and set your intentions for the Challenge. Whether you’re joining as a practitioner or a graduate student, this session will equip you to confidently embark on your preparation path—culminating in an innovative simulation on global migration negotiations powered by AI.
