It provides practitioners with practical training on using AI tools to navigate complex negotiations, develop strategies, and simulate real-world scenarios. The platform offers monthly simulations, tech cafés with AI experts, and facilitator training, enabling participants to test and refine their AI-driven approaches. Collaborating with Harvard University and other AI research institutions, the AI Negotiation Challenge emphasizes ethical AI use, aiming to expand the role of AI as a supportive tool in achieving more informed, collaborative negotiation outcomes.
Tech Cafés are interactive sessions designed for community members to stay informed about the latest developments in AI for negotiation. These informal, hands-on gatherings provide opportunities to expand your skills, explore cutting-edge AI tool.
This course is designed to train members of the community to assist their peers in building their capacity to use AI models in the planning of their negotiation. For members that have completed a previous cycle and master their GPT ONLY.
This cycle focuses on developing an AI assistant to support complex migration negotiations. Participants will learn to analyse party positions, map stakeholders, apply leverage, and address negotiation challenges, culminating in a dynamic simulation.
Monthly simulation for members of the community of practice, providing an opportunity to test their AI Assistant, compare results and refine instructions.
Monthly opportunity to meet with fellow practitioners and exchange on lessons learned in using AI to facilitate complex negotiation.
This tutorial reviews the necessary tools and methods to analyse complex negotiation environments and build a positive relationship, preparing participants for the AI Lab presenting the initial GPT to be tailored by participants.
The AI Negotiation Challenge offers a series of monthly activities designed to build the capacity of negotiation practitioners in using AI planning and simulation tools in their negotiation. A cycle of activities requires approximately a 12 hours commitment over a 30-day period. They may opt to take part to as many cycles as they wish.
Participants need imperatively to subscribe to OpenAi Chat GPT Plus prior to their enrolment to be able to customise their AI Assistant. The goal of the Program is to guide participants in crafting their own GPT to support their negotiation based on OpenAI technology.
The monthly subscription of USD 80 provides access to all the activities of the AI Negotiation Challenge in any give period of 30 days after the purchase or renewal of the subscription, including recorded training videos, live AI labs as well as monthly simulations, peer group exchanges to share lessons learning in using AI in negotiation and teach cafés.
The AI Negotiation Challenge is offered by Frontline Associates Training Center inc, based in Canada, in collaboration with Harvard University John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences as well as established organisations involved in training of the next generation of frontline negotiators. The research and teaching involved in this Program have been developed at Harvard University as well other research and teaching institutions. Yes. All participants that completed a cycle of activities focusing on the design of an AI Assistant will get a certificate of completion delivered by Frontline Associates.
Yes. The AI Assistants created by participants are theirs to keep as long as they maintain their subscription to OpenAI, enabling them to operate their customized GPTs.
Enrolment runs on a 30-day basis during which you will be able to complete the virtual training on frontline negotiation as well as join one of the cycle to craft your own AI Assistant. The 30-day subscription is the only model to have access to the Program. The monthly subscription is not refundable. You can suspend the renewal of the subscription at any time through your Thinkific profile.
